Jennifer H.

Bio

Jennifer H. (they/them) has been in fandom as long as they can remember, from writing meta about Big Bad Beetleborgs for elementary school assignments, to online Buffy and Harry Potter roleplay in middle school, to making very mediocre Alias Livejournal icons in high school. They discovered AO3 in 2014 after a dear internet friend finally got them to watch Supernatural and they’ve been voraciously reading there (and very occasionally writing) ever since. Jennifer joined the OTW as a Tag Wrangler in 2021 and became a Tag Wrangling Supervisor in 2024.

In their professional life, Jennifer has spent the last few years specializing in system and process documentation and training. They also have experience working for an arts nonprofit and have worked in both sales and program management in manufacturing. In their free time they sing as a soprano in their local LGBTQ choir and are learning to play the banjo.

Rebecca C. M.’s Bio & Platform

Bio

Rebecca C. M. (she/her) has been active in fandom since the conception of Sold to One Direction, though she has written stories for as long as she has been able to. Whilst many of her earliest fanworks have been lost to time, she occasionally still posts fanfiction whenever inspiration strikes. She joined the Organisation for Transformative Works as a Fanlore Social Media and Outreach Volunteer in 2025, transitioning into a Chair Track Volunteer role that same year, before becoming a Fanlore Co-Chair in February 2026. She previously volunteered for a local children’s nonprofit. Rebecca describes herself as a “bilingual mess”; she’s fluent in both English and German, yet sometimes can’t remember words in either language. In addition, she also speaks French, Spanish and some Korean. Outside of the OTW, she works in marketing and follows various academic pursuits, including marketing research, with the ambition to pursue a PhD. She completed her Master’s in Management in 2026, with her thesis focusing on one of her current fandoms. In her spare time, she enjoys baking too much sourdough, reading, and playing story-heavy RPGs.

Bio

Theodore B. (He/Him): has been reading and writing creatively since childhood, with a love for science fiction and fantasy supported by his parents and (even more voracious) brother. One Piece as a child, Percy Jackson as a teen, and Red Rising as an adult have kept him attached to fandom, without even mentioning the millions of words of fanfic read—peaking at 25 million words in a single year. Beyond reading, he spends much of his time supporting the speedrunning side of fandom: hosting randomizer tournaments, moderating speedrun streams and leaderboards, and even commentating and running at Games Done Quick and other charity marathons.

Theodore joined the Organization for Transformative Works as a part of the Tag Wrangling Committee in August 2025. Since then, he has worked on several No Fandom-specific TW processes, such as helping to find synonymous tags for No Fandom canonicals both new and old, as well as deciding how to canonize new tags. His favorite wrangling activity is researching obscure tags; his second favorite is finding the perfect canonical to syn to. Outside of online volunteer work, he experiences Alternate Universe – Coffee Shop on the daily for a living wage; has worked at a summer camp welcoming LGBTQ+ youth; played the viola solo, in quartets, and in symphony orchestra for fifteen years; and graduated university with a Bachelor’s in English and a minor in linguistics.
