परिचय

टिश एस. (स्त्रीलिंग सर्वनाम) ने ‘९० दशक के उत्तरार्ध में फ़ैनफ़िक्शन पढ़ना शुरू किया जब कई लेखक अपने स्वयं के वेबपेज रखते थे या विशिष्ट फ़ैंडमों के समाचार-समूह में पोस्ट करते थे, जिससे नवीन फ़ैंडमों को खोजना बहुत कठिन होता था। २०१० के उत्तरार्ध में Archive of Our Own – AO3 (हमारा अपना संग्रह) का पता लगाने से उनकी पढ़ने की आदतों में बदलाव आया और उनके द्वारा अनुगमित फ़ैंडमों की संख्या प्रारम्भिक दो से आगे बढ़ी। उन्होंने IT और सॉफ़्ट्वेर कंपनियों में तकनीकी सहायता से लेकर खाता व परियोजना प्रबंधन, प्रशिक्षण, ज्ञानधार प्रशासन, और अन्य प्रणाली प्रशासन भूमिकाओं तक विभिन्न क्षमताओं में काम किया है। २०१३ में सम्प्रदाय को प्रत्यर्पण करने के लिए और संभाविक व्यवसाय-परिवर्तन हेतु अतिरिक्त अनुभव इकट्ठा करने के लिए उन्होंने परीक्षक के रूप में स्वयंसेवक कार्य करने का निर्णय लिया। हालाँकि उस अनुभव की ज़रूरत आख़िरकार नहीं पड़ी, वे OTW (परिवर्तनकारी कार्य हेतु संगठन) के लिए स्वयंसेवक बने रहने में आनंद लेती हैं, और Open Doors (खुले दरवाज़े) के साथ वे आयात सहायक के रूप में जुड़कर बाद में परामर्शदाता बनीं। Read More

Bio

Natalia Gruber is a teacher and lives in Brazil. She has been a volunteer with the Organization for Transformative Works since 2016, and served in the OTW Board from 2019–2021. She is currently co-chair of the Translation committee, leading a team of 250+ volunteers spread all over the world, and a member of the Volunteers & Recruiting committee. In the past, she has also volunteered for the Tag Wrangling and Policy & Abuse committees.

Il comitato Elezioni di OTW (Organizzazione per i Lavori Trasformativi) è felice di annunciare che è stato pubblicato il calendario per le elezioni 2022 per i nuovi membri del Consiglio di direzione!

Quest’anno le elezioni si terranno dal 12 al 15 agosto. Questo significa che il termine ultimo per un membro dello staff di dichiarare la sua candidatura è il 17 giugno.

Come sempre, il termine ultimo per iscriversi come membro e avere diritto al voto è il 30 giugno. Se hai intenzione di votare, assicurati che la tua iscrizione sia attiva in quella data. Per favore, nota che la ricevuta della tua donazione sarà datata con il fuso orario della costa orientale degli Stati Uniti, quindi se la tua donazione è datata dopo le 19:59 del 30 giugno 2022 sulla ricevuta, non sarai idone@ a votare.
